If we discount the strength by 10% and convert to Kilos - 32 lbs * .9=28.8 lbs / 2.2 lbs per Kilo = 13.1 kg. The measurement is accurate. If we were to sell this product as "30 lb" in the US, our market would be disappointed as they have come to expect a line that breaks at 45 lbs as nominal "30".
